Every major DEX runs on fully public rails. Your trades are visible, your intent is exposed, your liquidity sits in public mempools. That model doesn't hold up as regulated finance moves onchain. Pool Party is a private AMM built natively on Canton Network. Swap CC, CUSD, and USDCx, provide liquidity, and bridge USDC from Ethereum, all without broadcasting your activity. It's the next piece of Send's privacy-first financial stack, after CUSD and Send Safe.

For years, swapping onchain has carried the same fundamental tradeoff: transparency by default.

Every major DEX operates on fully public rails. Your intent is visible, your trade is visible, your liquidity is visible, completely exposed.

That model worked for early crypto. It doesn’t work for what comes next.

As networks like Canton bring regulated finance onchain, and as assets like CC and CUSD gain real utility, the infrastructure beneath them needs to evolve. Privacy can’t be optional, execution can’t leak and liquidity can’t depend on public mempools.

That’s why we built Pool Party.

A private AMM, native to @CantonNetwork.  Swaps, liquidity, and bridging all in one app.

Introducing Pool Party

@CUSD gave Canton a privacy-first stablecoin. Send Safe introduced non-custodial, approval-based custody. Now Pool Party introduces private exchange infrastructure.

Each product strengthens the same thesis: privacy-first finance.

We covered the full product breakdown in our launch post.

Why This Matters Now

DeFi demonstrated that permissionless finance works. But most of its infrastructure was built on transparent chains, where transactions are publicly visible. That design served early adopters.

It does not serve:

  • Institutions that require confidentiality
  • Users who expect fair execution
  • Traders who prefer not to broadcast intent

Pool Party represents a different foundation.

Built on Canton Network, the only public, permissionless chain designed for regulated finance with native privacy and composability, it enables swaps without sacrificing confidentiality.
